It connects drive motor to the rear roll coupled with anti friction roller bearings instead of bush bearings result in a substantial reduction in power consumption. The rollers of our LabMill have a good surface hardness. They are cooled by water and heated by the steam inside. There is no water leakage during roll cooling through rotary joints with mechanical sealing system. Our Mills provide uniform thickness of rubber sheets through nip adjustment based on worm gear system.
